The Cvstos Challenge Jetliner II SL Carbon is part of an earlier generation of the Jetliner collection and reflects the brand’s aerospace-inspired approach to technical watchmaking. Unlike the later “PS” Petite Seconde models, this Jetliner II SL features a central seconds display and is powered by the automatic Calibre CVS350.
The “SL” designation, meaning Super Light, is central to the concept of the watch. Cvstos achieved this by combining a carbon fibre or forged carbon tonneau case with a highly skeletonised structure, including dramatically hollowed case flanks designed to reduce weight while maintaining strong visual impact.
Its open-worked architecture exposes the bridges, gear train and mechanical construction, allowing the movement to become a key part of the design rather than being hidden beneath a traditional dial. This multi-layered skeletonised display gives the watch a bold, technical character, strongly linked to aerospace engineering and high-performance materials.
Despite its substantial case presence, the use of carbon and extensive skeletonisation makes the watch exceptionally lightweight on the wrist, often weighing less than 80 grams including the strap.
This example is pre-owned and presented in good condition. It comes with its original box, but no papers, and will be delivered with an additional one-year TLE warranty for added peace of mind.
