A single pusher advances the local city and jumps the hour hand without disturbing rate, hallmarks of the modern World Time architecture descended from Patek’s 1930s originals and reinterpreted in the 5230P-001 line. At its heart beats the self-winding calibre 240 HU, an ultra-slim micro-rotor movement with 48-hour power reserve, 22-carat off-centre rotor, Gyromax balance, and Spiromax silicon hairspring, finishing and performance certified by the Patek Philippe Seal. Water-resistance is 30 m, and sapphire crystals (front and back) showcase both the dial work and movement.
