The Felipe Pikullik Sternenhimmel Blue 2nd Generation is a handcrafted independent timepiece from Berlin that combines traditional German watchmaking with contemporary design. Housed in a 39mm stainless-steel case measuring just 10.5mm thick, the watch is powered by the manually wound Kaliber FPA1, offering hours, minutes and a retrograde date display, a 46-hour power reserve, and a leisurely frequency of 18,000 vibrations per hour.

Its most distinctive feature is the individually hand-crafted and hand-adjusted balance wheel, suspended between two hand-engraved balance bridges, one of which is visible from the dial side, making the regulating organ the visual focal point of the watch. The striking blue aventurine dial evokes a star-filled night sky and provides the backdrop for the retrograde date complication, which travels along an arc before instantly returning to its starting position at the end of each cycle. The movement is constructed with German silver bridges finished with hand-executed tremblage and hand-polished bevels, while the engraved balance bridge adds a unique artisanal touch to every piece. Further technical refinement can be seen in the winding mechanism, which incorporates a wolf-tooth click system designed to improve engagement and deliver a smooth, tactile winding experience. Completing the package is an integrated rubber-and-leather strap that follows the natural curve of the wrist for enhanced comfort and stability. Water-resistant to 5 bar, the Sternenhimmel Blue exemplifies Felipe Pikullik's dedication to handcraftsmanship, mechanical transparency, and independent haute horlogerie.
