PERCEPTION PIAO

Atelier Wen's PERCEPTION, the latest addition to their collection, exemplifies the brand's commitment to craftsmanship and affordability. The meticulously designed bracelet showcases individual chamfers on each link, a refined taper from 22mm at the lugs to 18mm at the clasp, and a gradual thinning from 3mm at the lugs to 2.6mm at the clasp.

The caseback introduces a novel finishing with a hammered texture surrounding a stone lion motif, coupled with CNC-engraved, 3D lettering, a departure from the previous acid-etched design. The clasp has been redesigned for enhanced comfort, featuring a thinner profile to complement the bracelet improvements and a telescopic deployant clasp blade.

The hands receive a substantial upgrade with added volume, curved upper surfaces, and improved finishing on the hours and minutes. The seconds' counterbalance has been remodeled, and the Super-LumiNova X1 formulation sees an increase in both quantity and quality.

Underpinning the PERCEPTION is a new movement with circular côtes-de-Genève, refined anglage, polished jewel and screw sinks, heat-blued screws, and individual numbering for each movement batch. The Horological Research Institute of Light Industry (HRILI) collaborates with Atelier Wen to implement rigorous testing measures.

The straps undergo a transformation with remoulded, thinner rubber and a more pronounced taper, accompanied by a telescopic deployant blade system and a redesigned, slimmer deployant clasp. Atelier Wen's PERCEPTION not only reflects their dedication to superior quality but also their collaboration with China's master craftspeople, making it a unique and highly collectible timepiece.
