Sized at 41mm diameter, the case of Artya’s AquaSaphir with Cyan Gradient Dial and Sapphire Bezel watch is manufactured from sapphire crystal, and incredibly, no steel elements have been used in its construction. Crafted using cutting-edge processes, the transparent material has a hardness of 7 on the Mohs scale ensuring that it will have excellent scratch-resistance, and it is sealed to withstand depths of 60 metres. The crown and crown guard are also of sapphire crystal and the case is topped with a fixed bezel, also in transparent sapphire crystal, which is enhanced with markers and numerals executed in brilliant white.

The dial of ArtyA's AquaSaphir with Cyan Gradient Dial and Sapphire Bezel has been beautifully hand-enamelled using graduated tones, beginning with vibrant turquoise at the upper, fading to pristine white at the lower sector. At its centre the artisan has blended the two main colour tones magnificently so that the mid-dial is brimming with nuances of gorgeous aquamarine hues.

Adhering to the design language of a functional divers watch, the hour and minutes hands are robust and are accompanied by a slender seconds hand and a date window recessed at the 3 o’clock. Prominent triangular hour markers alternate with smaller rectangular examples, and with a liberal coating of luminescent material, the indications emit a blue/green glow ensuring readability in poor light conditions.

Beating within the sapphire case and fully exposed at the rear, the exclusive ArtyA On COSC certified automatic Swiss movement has a power reserve of 42 hours, beating at 28’800 vib/h, and is beautifully decorated with Côtes de Genève and with Rose Gold NAC.
