Featuring a fascinating disclosure of the micro mechanics of its Manufacture Flying Tourbillon movement, this spectacular timepiece evolves the Purity collection by re-engineering the calibre, and resizing the watch to an incredible 39mm diameter. Each one of a kind ArtyA Tiny Purity Tourbillon NanoSaphir Chameleon model has a 39mm Nano-Sapphire case that transforms on exposure to light of more than 6500k. Available in a number of options, with the choice of colour tone ranging from transformative effects of blue to green, green to yellow and yellow to orange, each watch will be a one of a kind contemporary masterpiece. Crafted using cutting-edge processes, the optically transparent polycrystalline material from which the housing is crafted has a hardness of 7 on the Mohs scale and therefore lends itself wonderfully to its functionality as a watchcase, but of course, the science behind its creation pales to insignificance when one is confronted by its visually stunning ability to change colour tone.

The illusory aspect of the watchcase is complemented by a fully openworked dial arrangement which showcases the components of the manual wind Manufacture movement. Generously proportioned at 17mm, and beating at 4Hz to ensure added stability, the flying tourbillon is clasped within an immaculately hand-beveled and finished three-pronged open-worked bridge. Located at the 9 o’clock location it also displays the running seconds. Offering equipoise, it is complemented by the proportionally perfect arrangement of a pair of barrels at the 2 and 4 o’clock which ensure a 72 hour reserve of power. Adding to the drama, the bridges are slender and their concentric form adds further to the unique aspect of the movement, while at the 3 o’clock position, the dial of the watch has faceted hour and minutes hands which taper beautifully to complete this exceptional dial side composition.

The case back of the watch, also manufactured from Nano-Sapphire, provides a full disclosure of the reverse of the movement. Notably, ArtyA have completely re-engineered the calibre in order to accommodate the smaller case size of 39mm, and in accordance with the company’s ethos of maintaining their integrity of Haute Horlogerie craftsmanship, every component of the movement has been hand-polished and beveled to immaculate standards.
