The David Candaux DC6 Wildfire is a 45‑gram, 45 mm titanium‑and‑UD‑carbon timepiece built around the in‑house H74 hand‑wound movement, featuring a 30° inclined flying tourbillon with a blue anodized titanium cage weighing just 0.35 g .
Its architecture uses a titanium water‑resistant chamber mechanically clad in UD carbon, reinforced by full‑length titanium stretchers, and topped with the maison’s patented retractable Magic Crown at 6 o’clock, composed of 31 components and water‑resistant in all positions . The domed dial is crafted from bright orange sunburst‑finished anodized titanium, protected by a transparent lacquer, with black‑decal numerals and a graduated minute track for high‑contrast legibility.
The movement comprises 287 components, 47 jewels, dual fast‑rotating coaxial barrels, a 55‑hour power reserve, and cascading Grade 5 titanium bridges with 18 mirror‑polished inward angles visible beneath a sapphire caseback. Finished with a handmade black rubber strap with orange topstitching and Velcro clasp, the DC6 Wildfire is produced in a limited edition of eight pieces.
