The Fabian Pellet Essential Titanium Edition is a refined expression of independent haute horlogerie, housed in a 39mm Grade 5 titanium case with a height of 9.20mm and shaped with flowing lugs, a rounded bezel, and a knurled crown. Its centrepiece is the two‑part Grand Feu enamel dial crafted by Donzé Cadrans, featuring elongated Roman numerals and in‑house flame‑blued hands with delicate cut‑out details, accompanied by a straight blued hand for the small seconds.

Through the sapphire caseback, the fully hand‑made FAP 24 evo1 manual‑winding calibre is revealed. Constructed without CNC machining, it showcases a movement architecture inspired by 19th‑century pocket‑watch design, with the winding mechanism hidden between the mainplate and dial. The German silver bridges display Côtes de Genève, while the mainplate carries coarse circular graining. A generous 14.3mm balance wheel provides a slow, elegant beat at 18,000 vibrations per hour (2.5 Hz), supported by polished gold caps on the escapement jewels. The movement delivers a 70‑hour power reserve.

Completed with a hand‑stitched leather strap, 30m water resistance, and a sapphire caseback, the Essential Titanium Edition is produced strictly to order, reflecting the extensive hand‑finishing involved. It stands as a quietly sophisticated and technically distinctive example of modern atelier watchmaking.
