A hand-forged expression of Scandinavian watchmaking, the Winter Nights III pairs Damascus steel with Swedish gold, each piece uniquely finished and limited to just 12 examples.

QTY :

This is not industrial watchmaking. It is craft at its most deliberate.

The Winter Nights III represents the core of what GoS does differently. Every major component is hand-worked, with no attempt to standardise what should remain organic.

The case alone sets the tone. A darkened Damascus steel mid-case forms the foundation, its layered structure revealed through a proprietary treatment that enhances contrast and depth. This is paired with 18ct Swedish gold for the bezel, caseback and lugs, all hand-engraved by Patrik Sjögren. The result is not contrast for aesthetics alone, but a deliberate tension between raw and refined.

At 41.5mm and 12.1mm thick, the watch wears balanced, but the visual weight comes from texture rather than size.

The dial is where the piece becomes truly individual. Hand-forged by master blacksmith Conny Persson, the Damascus steel “wildflower” pattern ensures no two dials are alike. It is then hand-finished to reveal its layered structure, creating depth that cannot be replicated through machining.

A two-part chapter ring frames the dial, combining an anthracite base with a gold-plated upper ring. The handset reinforces the brand’s identity, with arrowhead hour and minute hands and the signature Triskele small seconds.

Inside, the movement is based on a manufacture calibre from Schwarz Etienne, extensively modified and hand-finished by GoS. Visible through the caseback, details include a Damascus steel rotor counterweight, engraved click wheel, and hand-polished bevels. It runs at 21,600 vph with an 86-hour power reserve, prioritising longevity and stability over high frequency.

Limited to just 12 pieces, the Winter Nights III is not about precision engineering alone. It is about material, process, and individuality. Buyers are not choosing a reference. They are choosing a specific piece.
