The Arnold & Son Longitude Titanium 5°W Edition is a sophisticated tribute to maritime history and precision timekeeping, inspired by John Arnold’s 18th-century marine chronometers. Crafted in grade 5 titanium with a notched 18-carat red gold (5N) bezel ring, its 42.5 mm case evokes the sleek lines of modern sailing vessels, with a concave case back and taut case band reminiscent of nautical design elements.

The Lizard Point Grey dial, finished with vertical satin brushing, reflects the stormy hues of the North Atlantic and features a power reserve indicator at 12 o’clock and a small seconds subdial at 6 o’clock. Skeletonised hands and golden hour markers are coated with Super-LumiNova for visibility in low light. Powered by the in-house A&S6302 calibre, this COSC-certified chronometer boasts a 60-hour power reserve and operates at 4 Hz. The movement is visible through the sapphire case back, showcasing palladium-plated bridges with the “Rayons de la Gloire” motif, blued screws, and a 22-carat red gold oscillating weight engraved with a ship and sextant design. Water-resistant to 100 metres, the watch offers interchangeable strap options including a titanium bracelet and an anthracite grey leather strap.
