PRICE ON REQUEST

Bringing unparalleled uniqueness to the wearer, the Louis Moinet Jules Verne Tourbillon To The Moon watch presents an opportunity to acquire a timepiece featuring a dial composed of a singular sample of rare lunar meteorite of their choice, surrounded by an ethereal ring of deep green guilloché. Limited to only 8 pieces, each Pièce Unique watch in this exclusive series is powered by the Manufacture Calibre LM135 flying tourbillon movement, and is housed within a resplendent 18ct rose gold watch case.

Beautifully executed, the dial of the watch is arranged like a compass rose, with a sliver of lunar meteorite taking centre stage on the dial. Around it, the intricate guilloché work is rendered in emerald green upon which the tapering, golden applied indices stand out wonderfully. Intersecting the meteorite, a generous gold rimmed aperture showcases the intricacies of the flying tourbillon positioned on the lower dial, while from the centre the faceted golden hour and minutes hands are partially openworked.

Sized at 40.7mm, the 18ct rose gold case extends to embrace a sleek crown guard. Conforming to the architecture of the rounded casing, and to ensure a full disclosure of the tourbillon, the case is equipped with a domed sapphire crystal.

Beating within, the Manufacture Calibre LM135 manual winding flying tourbillon movement runs at 28’800 vib/h. Innovative to the highest degree, the calibre derives an impressive reserve of power of 96 hours from twin barrels, which are engineered to release their energy simultaneously though a ‘volte-face’ arrangement wherein the barrels are place upside-down in series. Beautifully decorated, one can view the calibre through a sapphire crystal caseback.

Strictly limited to only 8 pieces, with the dial of each watch featuring a one-of-a-kind portion of lunar meteorite to be selected at the time of purchase by the client, the Louis Moinet Jules Verne Tourbillon To The Moon watch comes presented on an alligator leather strap, secured with an 18ct rose gold folding clasp.
