The Felipe Pikullik Sternenhimmel Green 2nd Generation is a handcrafted independent timepiece from Berlin that combines traditional German watchmaking with contemporary design. Housed in a 39 mm stainless-steel case measuring 10.5 mm thick, the watch features a striking green aventurine dial whose shimmering surface evokes a star-filled sky. Dominating the dial is a hand-crafted and individually adjusted balance wheel, suspended beneath a hand-engraved balance bridge and visible from the front of the watch, emphasising the movement's artisanal character.
Powering the watch is the manually wound Kalibre FPA1, operating at 18,000 vibrations per hour with a 46-hour power reserve and displaying hours, minutes, and a retrograde date complication. The movement is constructed with German silver bridges finished with fine tremblage texturing, hand-polished bevels, and hand engraving, highlighting the extensive level of manual craftsmanship involved. The retrograde date traces a controlled arc before snapping back to its starting position at the end of each cycle, while the winding mechanism incorporates traditional wolf-tooth gearing for smoother energy transmission and a refined tactile feel. Completing the watch is an integrated rubber-and-leather strap designed to follow the natural curvature of the wrist, enhancing comfort while maintaining the watch's clean, architectural aesthetic.
