The Deadly One

The AWAKE “THE DEADLY WATCH” is a limited edition of 88 pieces featuring a 39 mm case in recycled 316L stainless steel, 45.6 mm lug-to-lug, 20 mm lug width, and a thickness of 11.80 mm including the sapphire crystal. It offers 5 ATM water resistance and a screw-down case back with sapphire crystal. The dial is crafted using traditional Vietnamese Sơn Mài lacquer techniques, incorporating layered natural pigments in yellow, red, and black, and includes a katana appliqué at 6 o’clock.

The watch uses anti-reflective sapphire glass and exclusive AWAKE hands and indexes treated with Super-LumiNova® BGW9. Inside is the La Joux-Perret G101 automatic movement with a 68-hour power reserve and a tungsten rotor finished with brushed, micro-blasted, and polished surfaces. The strap is matte black Barenia calfskin with yellow lining, yellow and red stitching, and a recycled steel pin buckle. Additional technical details include engraved bezel motifs, a laser-engraved quote, and numbering as part of the “Crazy 88” series.
