The Doppel38 by Habring² is a masterfully engineered split-seconds chronograph, powered by the in-house calibre A11R_H1. This manual-winding movement measures 30mm in diameter and 7mm in height, delivering a 48-hour power reserve when fully wound. It offers precise chronograph functionality, including a stop-seconds hand, 30-minute counter, and split-seconds complication, alongside hours, minutes, and a small seconds subdial at 9 o’clock. The movement features a tangential screw fine adjustment, an amagnetic escapement with a Carl Haas hairspring, and KIF shock protection, meeting both DIN and NIHS standards. With 27 jewels and 98 service-relevant components, it is meticulously hand-finished to reflect the brand’s high standards of independent watchmaking.

The 316L stainless steel case measures 38.5mm (main) and offers the choice of a 41mm or new 38mm bezel, with a lug-to-lug length of 47mm. A domed sapphire crystal, sapphire display caseback, and double crown seals complete the construction, which is water-resistant to 3 bar (30 metres). The total visible height is 11.5mm (13mm over the domed crystal). The silver galvanised dial features sunken chronograph registers with a circular finish, while polished, heat-blued steel hands enhance its classic aesthetic.
