A rare Konstantin Chaykin Joker Grimaldi limited edition. Belonging to the acclaimed ‘Wristmons’ collection, artisanally handmade in Russia by independent master Watchmaker Konstantin Chaykin, the Joker 'Grimaldi' is a limited edition of 38 pieces (all sold-out). One of the most recent editions, following the accolade received by the first 'Clown' which was the winner of the ‘Audacity Prize at the 2018 GPHG (Grand Prix de l'Horlogerie in Geneva, the most important prize in watchmaking). Encased in a round 42mm case of stainless steel with engraved bezel, alternating brushed and polished finishing, with sapphire crystal glass and inscribed steel case-back. The dial comprises of a white clown face dial with blue eyes indicating the hours and minutes, a white nose in the centre, and red mouth with a ‘tongue’ moon-phase indication. The ingenious mechanism comprises of a Swiss made ETA 2428-2 automatic base, integrated to a Russian made in-house Konstantin Chaykin Joker module, with 80 different parts, offering a 38 hours power reserve minimum.
