HM9 Flow Titanium Air

PRICE ON REQUEST

MB&F HM9 Flow Titanium Air is a highly sculptural horological machine inspired by the aerodynamic language of mid-century aviation and automotive design. The watch is housed in a complex Grade 5 titanium case measuring 57 mm x 47 mm x 23 mm, with flowing curves, acute angles and jet engine-style architecture. Its “Air” configuration features an aviation-style vertical time display and an NAC-finished movement, giving the watch a darker, more technical character.

At the heart of the HM9 Flow is a manual-winding in-house movement developed by MB&F. The movement uses two fully independent balance wheels, positioned on opposite flanks of the case, each beating at its own cadence. Their chronometric output is averaged through a central planetary differential, delivering one stable time reading to the vertical display. The calibre is composed of 301 components and 52 jewels, operates at 2.5 Hz, or 18,000 vibrations per hour, and provides a 45-hour power reserve. Hours and minutes are displayed on a vertical dial, making the HM9 not only mechanically unconventional but also visually distinctive on the wrist.

The case construction includes five sapphire crystals with anti-reflective coating and is assembled in three segments using MB&F’s patented three-dimensional gasket system. Water resistance is rated to 3 ATM, or 30 metres. Combining aerospace-inspired design, twin-balance architecture and MB&F’s unmistakable mechanical creativity, the HM9 Flow Titanium Air is a bold expression of independent haute horlogerie.
