Sarpaneva Stardust Mars is a 20-piece limited edition that brings Stepan Sarpaneva’s cosmic design language into a sharper, more contemporary form. Built around the brand’s distinctive Korona case, the watch is crafted from high-grade Outokumpu stainless steel from Finland, with brushed and polished finishing.

Measuring 42 mm in diameter, 10.4 mm thick and 46 mm lug-to-lug, the case offers strong wrist presence while remaining relatively slim. Front and back sapphire crystals feature internal multi anti-reflective coating, while the screw-down Sarpaneva crown is positioned at 4 o’clock. Water resistance is rated to 10 atmospheres, or 100 metres.

Power comes from the modified Chronode P1003 automatic calibre, a 31 mm movement made from 244 components. It runs at 28,800 vibrations per hour, or 4Hertz, and delivers a 60-hour power reserve. Features include hours, minutes and small seconds, with 34 jewels, rhodium-plated matte finishing, and a Sarpaneva Moonface winding mass mounted on ceramic ball bearings.

Dial construction is highly detailed, using a four-part stainless steel, hand-finished architecture with Diamond-Like Carbon coating and hand-painted Swiss Super-LumiNova. Mars is defined by its red-gold plated matte base dial, creating a warm, oxidised tone beneath the open-worked structure. Four different Swiss Super-LumiNova colours add depth and nighttime character, while two-tone black ash hands complete the display. Supplied on a Moonbridge steel bracelet, with the option of a handmade 22 mm Sarpaneva leather strap fitted with an 18 mm stainless steel pin buckle.
